Horace Dale Fields 76 passed away Saturday April 9, 2011 at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. A native of Upton, he was a retired Air Force Veteran who served in both Korea and Vietnam. He retired from Waste Management of Ky. and also drove for Miller Transportation for 10 years. He was a member of VFW Post #2434 in Biloxi Miss. He is preceded in death by his daughter Pamela Murray. Survived by his loving wife of 54 years Peggy A. (Hartel) Fields, his daughter Belinda Casper (Sam) and son Dale Wayne Fields. 6 grandchildren and 5 great- grandchildren.His service will be Wednesday 12pm at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy.
