WORCESTER – Rita B. (Lamothe) Vigneault, 86, of Worcester died Tuesday, January 21 in the Meadows of Leicester
Her husband Henry E. Vigneault died in 1980. She leaves a son Paul H. Vigneault; a brother Emile Lamothe of North Brookfield; a sister Irene Fuller of Spencer two grandchildren Paul Vigneault Jr. and Karen Forbes both of Worcester; three great grandchildren Alex, Kayla and Dwayne Forbes all of Worcester. She is predeceased by a son Peter C. Vigneault. She was born in Spencer daughter of Charles and Mary (Lacoste) Lamothe.
Mrs. Vigneault worked at Reed Prince Company for 13 years retiring in 1980. She was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Church and its Golden Age Club, Lady of Sodality and was a bingo worker and an avid player.
The funeral will be held on Friday, January 23 from the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home (www.Royfuneral.com) 12 Hammond Street with a mass at 9 am in Holy Name of Jesus Church, 53 Illinois Street. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are Thursday, January 22 from 6 to 8 pm in the funeral home.
