Karnik, Charles Oldrich, age 90 of Fairlawn died Friday, April 1, 2011. Beloved husband of Evelyn (nee) Donnelly. Devoted father of Linnea Chu and her husband George, Paul Karnik, and Stephen Karnik and his wife Joanne. Loving grandfather of Erin Karnik and Jennifer Chu. Dear brother of Blanche Spinelli and the late George and Vic Karnik. Charles worked as a longshoreman and was a longtime member of the International Longshoreman’s Association. Prior to that he served in the Merchant Marines during World War II. Family and friends are invited to visit Monday from 12 to 12:45PM with a short service beginning at 12:45
