Obituary

MORENO VALLEY, CA-William H. Jenner, 71, of Moreno Valley, formerly of Oxford a retired Air Force security policeman, died Thursday, January 31st, in Loma Linda Medical Center, Loma Linda. His wife Helga (Lieb) Jenner, predeceased him. He leaves a son, William Foy of West Virginia; a brother, Bernard D. Jenner of Florida; a nephew and two nieces.

He was born in Boston the son of William A. and Catherine (Murphy) Jenner, and had lived in Oxford, Mattapan and Hyde Park, before moving here five years ago. He attended Boston schools. He served in the Air Force from 1947 until 1964 and was a veteran of World War II, serving overseas, and the Korean and Vietnam wars. He served in the Air Force Reserves until 1987 and attained the rank of Master Sergeant. Mr. Jenner was a member of the Air Force Security Police Association, American Legion Vincent F. Picard Post 234 in Northboro and the Tuskegee Airmen in Washington, D.C.

Entombment will be held at 11:45 AM Friday, February 8th in Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester, Mass. Calling hours are 4 :00 until 8:00 PM Thursday, February 7th, in O'Connor Brothers Funeral Home, 592 Park Avenue, Worcester. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Tuskegee Airmen Inc., 1501 Lee Highway, Arlington, VA 22209 (attention: Tess Spooner, President, Washington Chapter).
