Born in Somerville and a Malden resident for many years until taking residence at Wilmington Heath Care where she was recieving supportive care, Ruth passed away late Saturday morning at the age of 88. After serving her country in the United States Navy during World War II she worked for a number of years for the Malden School System and then with Middlesex Bank in their operations department.
