Bobby Ray Keesee, 62, of 2393 Sugartree Church Road, Brosville, went to his Heavenly home on Thursday, March 17, 2011 at his residence, after a three year decline in health.
Born July 5, 1948 in Danville, he was the son of the late Jesse Rowe Keesee and Peggy McGuire Keesee Bernard. He was self employed in the automobile industry. Bobby loved his wife and children and cherished his granddaughters. He also loved working on cars and following Nascar.
Survivors include his wife, Martha Ann Adkins Keesee of the home; one daughter: Kimberly Chism and her husband Chris of Dry Fork; one son: Jesse Ray Keesee and his wife Lendy of Danville; three granddaughters: Tabitha Ann Ingram, Allison Nicole Keesee, and Abigail Skye Keesee; two sisters: Joyce Garrett and her husband Tommy and family of Pelham, Dianne Coleman and her husband Johnnie and family of Danville.
Funeral services officiated by Pastor John Cline and Pastor J. B. Baldridge will be held on Monday, March 21, 2011 at 2 p.m. at the Swicegood Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Danville Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday, March 20, 2011 in the Swicegood Chapel from 7 until 8:30 p.m. At other times, they will be at the residence.
