ROCKINGHAM: Mr. James Allen Neeley, 57, of Rockingham, died Tuesday, March 15, 2011 in Richmond County Hospice Haven.

James was born in Scotland county on November 21, 1953 to the late James F. and Sarah Freeman Neeley. He served in the US Army and was a retired Insurance Salesman.
He is survived by two sons, Allen Neely of Pinehurst, Clint Neeley of Rockingham; a brother, William Butler of Rockingham; and 4 grandchildren.
