TAUNTON – Anita M. (Lamoureux) Ulak, a lifelong Taunton resident, died at Morton Hospital & Medical Center on March 14, 2011.
She was 96.
Born in Taunton, she was the daughter of the late Pierre and Olympe (Bouchard) Lamoureux.
Mrs. Ulak was raised and educated in Taunton and was a communicant of St. Nicholas of Myra Church in North Dighton.
A homemaker for most of her adult life, she leaves four sons, Francis J. Ulak and his wife Bernice of Napa Valley, CA, Stephen J. Ulak and his wife Pauline of Charleston, SC, Martin J. Ulak and his wife Lorna of Sebring, FL, and Peter A. Ulak and his wife Frances Lawrence-Ulak of Norton; three grandchildren, Brenda DaSilva and Rhonda Chrisman, both Sebring, FL, and Jason Ulak of Charleston, SC; eight great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be held from the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Taunton on Thursday, March 17th at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at St. Nicholas of Myra Church in North Dighton at 10 a.m.
Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery in Taunton.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
Calling Hours will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, March 16th from 4 to 7 p.m.
