Robert A. Tagliamonte, of Stoneham died Tuesday January 13, 2004 at Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Boston. He was 74 years of age.
Born in Somerville, on August 10, 1929, he was the son of the late Salvatore and Mina (Percuocco) Tagliamonte.
He was a brick layer with Pizzotti Brothers before his retirement. He was a U. S. Army Veteran serving our Country during the Korean Conflict. Robert was a member of the Marconi Club, Stoneham, V.F.W. Woburn, Indian Ridge Country Club, A.M.V.E.T.S., and Woburn Lodge of Elks.
Robert was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He will be missed by all.
Mr. Tagliamonte was the husband of Lillian (Gerosa) Tagliamonte. He was the loving father of Carl J. Tagliamonte and his wife Desi of W. Peabody and Roberta Lundquist and her husband Peter of Billerica. He was the grandfather of Robert Tagliamonte, Stephen Lundquist and Jenna Lundquist and brother of Vincent Tagliamonte of Melrose, Tina Dinsmore of N.H. and the late Sylvio Tagliamonte of Melrose
Family and friends are invited to attend visiting hours Thursday 4-9 p.m. at the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. STONEHAM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday January 16th at 10 a.m. in St. Patrick’s Church 71 Central Street, Stoneham Interment Puritan Lawn Cemetery, Peabody.
