Mary Frances (Horrigan) Wright, 90, a lifelong resident of Natick, passed away on March 7, 2011. She was the beloved wife of the late Clayton Vernon Wright who passed away in 2001.
Born in Natick, the daughter of the late William and Alice (Walsh) Horrigan, Mrs. Wright attended the Natick Public Schools and was a graduate of Natick High School. She was employed as a telephone operator for the New England Telephone Company for over 20 years prior to retiring in the early 1980’s. Mrs. Wright enjoyed spending time at her summer home on Hampton Beach, N.H., sewing, travelling, and watching T.V. game shows.
Mrs. Wright was the devoted mother of Brenda Ballard and her husband Charles of Hudson, N.H. and Robert Wright of N. Hampton, N.H. She was the cherished grandmother of Ronald Ballard, Daniel Ballard, and Jeffrey Ballard and great-grandmother of Emily, Jane, and Max.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend visiting hours for Mrs. Wright on Thursday, March 10, 2011 from 4-6 PM in the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park St. (at Natick Common) NATICK. A graveside funeral service will be held on Friday, March 11, 2011 at 11:00 AM in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, 180 Pond St. Natick.
