Margie Bernice Tinsley of Olyphant died Wednesday in the Laurels at Mid Valley, Peckville. She was the widow of Willard Tinsley, who died in 1994.
Born in Bangor, she was the daughter of the late George Dewey and Mary Ann Lambert Streepy. The family would like to thank Dr. Thomas Majernick, the staff at Mid-Valley Hospital, the Laurels Rehabilitation Center and AseraCare Hospice for taking wonderful care of Margie.
Surviving are two sons, Gil Grimm and wife, Patricia Santarelli Grimm, Voluntown, Conn.; and Robert Tinsley and wife, Helene, Costa Rica; two sisters, Diane Gillingham, Canada; and Esther Davis, Florida; three granddaughters, Noelle Golinski and husband, William; Carrie Peters and Cecilia Jones; and a grandson, Matthew Tinsley; five great-grandchildren; and friend and caretaker, Sue Mazzoni.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday from the Michael P. Glinsky Funeral Home Inc., 129 Grant St., Olyphant, with a graveside services at 11 a.m. in Fairview Memorial Park, Elmhurst.
