Irene T. (Arsenault) Prue 87, formerly of Worcester and Auburn died Sunday, Jan 11. in St. Vincent Hospital at Worcester Medical Center.
Her husband Homer D. Prue died in 1993. She leaves a son, David E. Prue of Worcester; five daughters, Theresa C. Dell’Aquila of Auburn, Janet M. Troio of Wilton, NH, Jean E. Carrigan, Denise M. McTigue and Gail A. Prue all of Worcester; four brothers, Denys Arsenault of Kittery, ME, Leo Paul Arsenault and Robert Arsenault both of Rumford, ME, and Raymond Arsenault of Nashua, NH; two sisters, Beatrice Arsenault of Rumford, ME and Alice Reynolds of Princeton, MN; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and nephews and nieces. A son, Norman Prue and a grandson, Kevin Carrigan, predeceased her. She was born in Rumford, ME, daughter of Rene and Alice (Galant) Arsenault.
She was a member of Our Lady of the Angels Church.
A Funeral will be held Wednesday, Jan. 14, from FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 9 Hammond St. with a Mass at 11 a.m. in Our Lady of the Angels Church, 1222 Main St. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling Hours are Tuesday, Jan, 13, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
