Nancy Eldridge, age 81, died at Radius Healthcare on February 25. Born in Plymouth, MA on February 14, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Deane and Elizabeth (Preston) Eldridge.
Miss Eldridge graduated from Plymouth High School in 1949.
She was a Sunday school teacher’s aide for 40 years at the Church of the Pilgrimage in Plymouth. She groomed and trained dogs and was often seen with her two standard poodles, Shamus and Tang. Her dogs won many top honors in obedience at local dog shows.
Miss Eldridge is survived by her sisters, Joan Arnold and husband Edward of Leominster, MA; Sally Howard and husband Joseph of Manomet, MA and Deanna Eldridge and partner Evelyn Basler of Whitman and many nieces and nephews.
There are no visiting hours. Internment at Oak Grove Cemetery.
