The many relatives and friends of David J. Kulis and Lori E. (Quinn) Kulis, will be saddened to learn of the loss of their infant son, Coby Quinn Kulis, in his fifth month.
Besides his loving parents, he is survived by his paternal grandfather, John D. Kulis of Nashua, NH;his maternal grandfather, John F. "Jack" Quinn of Tewksbury; his maternal great grandmother, Marion E. (Seamans) Patch of Port Charlotte, FL; his aunts and uncles, Jennifer(Quinn)Kostka and her husband Jim, Carol Ann Kulis, and Timothy Quinn and his wife Kerry; cousins, Colin and Ryan Quinn and Tyler and Chase Kostka.
Coby was the paternal grandson of the late Diane (Gazda) Kulis, maternal grandson of the late Joanne (Patch) Quinn, paternal great grandson of the late Bronislaw and Pauline Kulis and Theodore and Anna Gazda, maternal great grandson of the late Harold Patch and John and Eileen Quinn.
Calling hours will be held Wednesday, March 2, from 5-8 p.m. at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee St., Tewksbury. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 3, at 10 a.m., at the First Baptist Church, 1500 Andover St., Rte. 133, Tewksbury. Committal services will follow at the Chapel at St. Patrick's Cemetery, Lowell. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made by visiting www.fsma.org.
