Charles E. Justice of Plympton, age 60, died unexpectedly in the early morning Feb. 21, 2011. He is survived by his son, Daniel Justice; and daughter, Katherine Justice; his mother, Margaret (Mullen) Justice; sisters, Ann Marie Materna, Judith Gallerani, Carol Justice, Johanna Cavicchi; brothers, Glen, Paul, Peter and Michael Justice; grandson, Lucas; and many nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late Clyde Justice. He was born in Ohio and moved to Plympton. His career was a longtime house painter and known well in the community and he had many friends and neighbors who could always count on Charles when in need. He loved to live life to its fullest extent. He enjoyed the music of Jimmy Buffet and sailing warm waters with loved ones. Visiting hours will be Friday, Feb. 25, from 4-6 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 6 p.m. at Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St., Kingston. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to an Educational Fund being set up for his grandson Lucas.
