John Andrew “Andy” Thompson, 40, of Haines City, Florida died February 18, 2011 at Leesburg Regional Medical Center in Leesburg, FL.
Memorial services will be held Friday, March 4, 2011, from 6-8 PM at Church of Unity located on Mayes Street in Fitzgerald, GA. The family requests that food be brought to the church rather than the home.
Mr. Thompson was born June 16, 1970 to Evelyn Ring Mobley and the late John Harold Thompson. He was a carpenter and of the Church of God faith.
Survivors are son Joshua Thompson of Fitzgerald; daughter Sabrina (Devin) Bullock of Douglas; mother, Evelyn Ring Mobley of Fitzgerald; sister, Angela Meyer of Sherrills Ford, NC; step- sister Angela Naugle of Orlando, FL and step brother Johnny Mobley of Orlando; granddaughter, Linda Bullock.
