Obituary

James P. Wright, 25, a resident of North Easton, died unexpectedly at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton on Saturday, February 12. He was the son of Paul E. and Mary A. (O’Connor) Wright of North Easton. Born and raised in Stoughton, James was a graduate of Stoughton High School, Class of 2003. Upon graduation, he began working towards his bachelor’s degree in both Florida and Massachusetts.
James was currently employed as an outside sales representative for GF Distributors in Billerica and worked at Dostoomian Roofing in Stoughton. An avid athlete, James enjoyed playing men’s league basketball, hockey and softball and was a regular at Patriots, Bruins and Red Sox events. He loved spending time with his family and many friends. Vacationing in Paradise Island, Bahamas and taking cruises to the Caribbean were favorite destinations. James also volunteered for Habitat for Humanity , was an aide for the elderly in Stoughton and was active in saving pit bulls from being euthanized.
In addition to his parents, James is survived by his brother, Brendan M. Wright of N. Easton and his grandmother, Christine C. O’Connor of Dalton. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on Saturday, February 19 at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 10:30 AM. Visiting Hours Friday from 3-8 PM. Burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery, Stoughton.
