WORCESTER-Frances C. (Fikoski) Johnson, 89, passed away Friday, February 11, 2011.
Her husband of 33 years, Franklin Johnson died in 1995. She leaves her sister, Alberta H. Richard and her husband Alfred of Jefferson, her brother, Stephen Fikoski and his wife Theresa and many nieces and nephews. Five brothers, Andrew, John, Chester, Felix, and Gustav and two sisters, Regina Decrow and Viola Paliliunas predeceased her.
Frances was born in Shrewsbury the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Janiak) Fikoski. She worked at Pfeifer Shoe Company in Worcester for 30 years. She loved dancing traveling and taking cruises.
Mrs. Johnson’s funeral will be on Tuesday, February 15 from LINDQUIST LUNDIN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Butler St with a Mass at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart-St. Catherine of Sweden Church, 600 Cambridge St. Interment will be in Old Swedish Cemetery. A visiting hour will be held from 9:30 until 10:30 AM on the morning of the funeral at the funeral home. www.lindquistlundin.com
