Billy E. Jackson, 81, Clarksville, died Wednesday, February 9, 2011, at Skyline Medical Center. A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Dr. John D. Laida and Rev. Mike Madewell officiating. Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday and from 12 p.m. until the hour of the service Sunday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born October 7. 1929 in Montgomery County, son of the late Ray Jackson and Elizabeth Highsmith Jackson. He was former owner of Jackson Body Shop from 1965 to 1988. Survivors include his wife Betty McElroy Jackson, Clarksville; daughter, Karen Hobbs (Mike), Goodlettsville, TN; brother, Ray Jackson, Atlanta, GA; sister, Ruth Bagby, Clarksville; grandchildren, Lindsey and Christopher Hobbs; and great-grandchild, Jacoby.
