Kim M. Quirk, 49, of Derry, NH died Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack following a lengthy battle with pancreatic cancer. She was born on October 3, 1961 in Boston, MA, a daughter of the late Albert Libby and Margaret (Cummings) Hennessey. She had resided in Derry for more than 25 years, formerly living in Charlestown, MA. Kim received exceptional support while being assisted by the Center for Life Management in Derry. She was a member of the Central Congregational Church, Derry.
She is survived by one son, Kenneth "Ryan" Kirkpatrick of Hudson, NH, one daughter, Dolly Marie Quirk of Derry; two grandchildren, Kaylee and Ryan Kirkpatrick, five sisters: Linda Sullivan and Susan McNeil, both of Derry, Cindy White of Woburn, MA, Donna Pagliarulo of Peabody, MA and Allison Maida of Palmdale, CA, also many loving nieces and nephews. She was predeceased on February 28, 2010 by her husband Thomas B. Quirk, formerly of E. Boston, MA.
Following cremation, calling hours were held on Saturday February 12, 2011 from 1 - 3pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry. A service of remembrance followed at 3:00pm in the funeral home.
