Donna M. Fanelle passed away on February 6, 2011. She was 56 years old.
Born in Malden, Donna was a lifelong resident of Medford. She worked for the Massachusetts Commission For the Blind for over 30 years and was very involved with the Immaculate Conception Parish in Malden.
Donna was the beloved daughter of Joseph Fanelle and his late wife Hilda (Cordeiro) Fanelle. She was the granddaughter of the late Victoria Fanelle and the late Eva and Manuel Cordeiro. Donna was the cherished niece of John Fanelle of Worcester and James and Catherine Cordeiro of Brockton. She is also survived by many cousins.
The funeral will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Friday, February 11th at 8:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in the Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant Street, Malden at 9:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are Thursday, February 10th from 6-8 p.m. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
