Doris E. White, 86, of Snake Hill Road, died Saturday, February 05, 2011 at her home. She was the widow of Arthur R. White.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Clara (Berna) Gervais. She had lived in Glocester for 47 years.
She is survived by her children Janice A. Knight of Chepachet, Douglas R. White of Glocester, 4 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Henry, Raymond and Clara Gervais, Leah Dionne, Edna Cooper and Norma Tomasso.
Funeral service Tuesday at 12noon in the RI Veterans Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the DAV, P.O. Box 14301, Cincinnati, OH, 45250 - 0301.
