He was a Chef and a painter.
He was preceded in death by his mother Barbara J. Alvey and his sister Judy Alvey.
He is survived by his wife the former Kim D. Whitehouse and daughter Jessika A . Whitehouse , son Aaron Alvey, 3 Grandchildren, 1 brother Robert Alvey.
The proudest moment for Troy was watching his son Aaron, play in and winning the Little League World Series in 2002.
Funeral service Tuesday 7P.M. at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Highway with cremation to follow.
Visitation Tuesday 2 P.M. until 7 P.M.
