Vance P. Ferratusco passed away suddenly on January 27, 2011. He was 29 years old.
Born in Boston, Vance grew up in Malden. He was a graduate of Malden Catholic High School and worked at the Fire and Ice Restaurant in Cambridge. He was also a strong advocate for the It Gets Better Project.
Vance was the beloved son of Vance and Martha (Donnarumma) Ferratusco. He was the loving brother of Genevieve and Anthony Ferratusco and the cherished grandson of Santa Donnarumma and her late husband Leonard and Dr. and Mrs. Irving Goldston and the late Vincent Ferratusco. He is also survived by many friends, cousins, aunts and uncles.
A funeral service will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral, Home 865 Main Street, Malden on Monday, January 31st at 10:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are Sunday, January 30th from 2-5 p.m. Interment will be in Forest Dale Cemetery, Malden.
