Obituary

Lawrence A. Keber, age 69 of Salem, NH, died peacefully Friday, January 21st surrounded by his family at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House, Haverhill, MA.
Larry was born in Hoboken, NJ. He grew up in Union City, NJ where he attended Saint Michael's Grammar and High Schools. He was a resident of Salem, NH for over 28 years after moving from Michigan.
Larry traveled the country as vice president of sales for Pac-Tec Corporation in Ohio. He previously worked for Owens-Brockway in both Michigan and Nashua, NH. He was a US Air Force Veteran, and a member of St. Joseph's Church in Salem, NH. Larry loved coaching girl’s softball and after retiring from Pac-Tec excelled as a girl's pitching coach at PlayBall in Salem. He enjoyed fishing, cooking, barbecuing, gardening and reading.
He is survived by his wife: Dorothy (Tomaszewski) Keber of Salem, NH
Son: Larry Keber of Danville, NH
Daughters: Jess Keber & Dave Ferguson of Salem, NH
Lee Ann Gallant of Salem, NH
2 Grandchildren: Lance Keber & Colten Gallant
A funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, Jan. 25th at 10 AM at St. Joseph Church, Salem, NH. Cremation will follow.
Calling hours will be Monday, Jan. 24th from 4-8 PM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to: Merrimack Valley Hospice House, 360 North Ave, Haverhill, MA 01830 or to the Salem NH Girl’s Softball League.
