Jimmie Neal (Smith) FitzZaland, 88, of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, January 18, 2011.
She was switchboard supervisor/operator for Suburban Hospital. She was Baptist.
She is preceded in death by her sons, Gary FitzZaland and Larry David Smith; and sister, Melba Pitcher.
She is survived by her husband, Chester FitzZaland; son, Richard FitzZaland (Mary) of British Columbia; daughter-in-law, Donna Smith Goodin (Roger); grandchildren, David Meier Smith (Sharon), Paul FitzZaland (Rachael), David FitzZaland (Daphne), Elizabeth FitzZaland (Sam), Skyler Quere and Wade FitzZaland; and great grandchildren, Cameron Larry Smith, Annie, Penelope and Maeve FitzZaland.
Her service will be 10am Monday at Owen Funeral Home – Jeffersontown with burial in Resthaven Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday 2pm-7pm.
