SCOTTIE KAELIN, 69, passed away on Tuesday, January 18, 2011, after an extensive battle with breast cancer.
She was a member of Jeffersontown United Methodist Church where she was active in the Women’s Circle. Scottie was very family oriented and cherished holidays that would bring her family together. She enjoyed her pets and attending U of L sporting events.
Survivors include her husband of over 49 years, Charles “Ray” Kaelin; her children, David Kaelin, Robert Kaelin (Lisa) and Stacey Banister (Robert); nine grandchildren; and one great grandson on the way.
Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Jeffersontown United Methodist Church, 10219 Taylorsville Road.
Memorial visitation will be from 4 – 8 p.m. on Friday at Owen Funeral Home – Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Road.
