Vincent J. Astuccio of Stoneham passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2011 in Derry, New Hampshire. He was 92 years of age.
Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Vincent was the son of the late Maria (Salamone) Astuccio and Michael Astuccio. Vincent was a warm and caring husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will be sadly missed.
Vincent was the beloved husband of the late Rose (Uccello) Astuccio. He was the devoted father of Joseph Astuccio of Florida, Phyllis Walser of N.H., and Maria Apalakis and her husband Edward of Stoneham. Loving grandfather of Joseph Astuccio of E. Hampton, Nicole, Brieanne, and A.J. Walser all of N.H., Christopher Apalakis and his wife Kierstin of Stoneham, and Peter Apalakis and his wife Dana of CA. Cherished great grandfather of Logan, Giancarlo, and Nicholas.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT28) STONEHAM Tuesday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Vincent’s Life in St. Patrick’s Church 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am. Family and friends are kindly invited to gather and share remembrances with the family on Monday 4-8pm in the funeral home. Parking attendants will be available. Interment Lindenwood Cemetery, Stoneham.
