Beloved father of Diane Flynn and Francis Flynn both of Everett, Janina Finn of Falmouth and Kenneth Flynn and his wife Rita of Saugus. Brother of the late Elizabeth Vagshenian. Lovingly survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral Service in the Smith Funeral Home, 125 Washington Avenue, CHELSEA on Friday, January 14th at 11 AM. Visiting Hours in the Smith Funeral Home on Thursday from 4-8 PM. Services will conclude with interment at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Born in Haverhill and a resident of Chelsea for most of his life, Sooren passed away at the Annemark Nursing Care Center in Revere at the age of 90. A sergeant in the United States Army during World War II, for 30 years until his retirement he worked as a clerk for the United States Post Office at the South Boston Annex.
