Obituary

Leo F. Nolan 94, of Framingham and formerly of Natick, died Saturday January 8, 2011 at the Metro West Medical Center in Framingham.

He was the husband of the late Bertha (Whitman) Nolan who died in 2000, and son of the late Leo V. and Mary (Moore) Nolan.

Mr. Nolan was the office manager for the Cottage Donuts Company where he worked for 40 years until his retirement in 1981.

He was an avid golfer and bridge player and was a member of the American Legion Post in Natick and the Knights of Columbus. Mr. Nolan was a Veteran of the Unites States Army.

He is survived by two daughters Sally M. Yanski and her husband William of Ashland, Peggy W. Moretsky of Natick, one son Leo F. Nolan Jr. of TN,3 grandchildren Alexa Moretsky, Adam Yanski, Rebecca Ness, 2 great-grandchildren Daniel Ness and Michael Yanski and many nieces and nephews.

He was also the father of the late Judith A. Nolan and brother of the late Frederick Nolan.

Funeral services are private and are under the direction of the John Everett and Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street at Natick Common.
