Obituary

Regina A. (Hurley) Farrell, 82, a longtime resident of Stoughton, died on Friday, January 7 at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. She was the wife of the late Vincent B. Farrell. Born and educated in Boston, she was a resident of Stoughton for 53 years. Mrs. Farrell was a homemaker and also worked at New England Telephone many years ago.
Mrs. Farrell is survived by her son, Stephen V. Farrell and his wife Geraldine of Brewster, NY, as well as her grandson, Andrew P. Farrell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Andrew P. Farrell and her sisters, Catherine Sayce and Constance Knauber.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on Wednesday, January 12 at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 10:30 AM. Visiting Hours Tuesday from 4-7 PM. Burial will take place at St. Joseph Cemetery, W. Roxbury. Donations in Regina‘s name may be made to the Andrew P. Farrell Scholarship Fund, c/o Noble and Greenough School, 10 Campus Dr., Dedham, MA 02026.
