Miriam F. “Timmy” (Keefe) Urciuoli, 92, a lifelong resident of Stoughton, died at Copley at Stoughton on Friday, January 7. She was the wife of the late Charles J. Urciuoli. Born in Stoughton, she was educated in Stoughton schools. Mrs. Urciuoli was a stitcher at Twinkee Manufacturing in Stoughton and a bookkeeper at F.C. Phillips in Stoughton and Comer Electric in Norwell for many years before retiring at age 65. She enjoyed spending time at her cottage in Buzzards Bay for many years and spending time with her family.
Mrs. Urciuoli is survived by her sons, Francis A. Urciuoli of Middleboro and Joseph C. Urciuoli of Pocasset. She was the grandmother of Lisa Downey, Francis A. Urciuoli, Jr., Stacey Fitzgerald, Robin Urciuoli, Karen Urciuoli, Nicole Battaglia and William Urciuoli. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Charles J. Urciuoli, Jr., her grandson, Joseph S. Urciuoli and her siblings, Edward Keefe, Charles Keefe, Robert Keefe, Sr., Alice Deltano and Madelyn Hanlon.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on Tuesday, January 11 at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 10:30 AM. Visiting Hours Monday from 4-8 PM. Burial will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Stoughton. Donations in Miriam’s name may be the Alzheimer’s Assn., 311 Arsenal St., Watertown, MA 02472.
