Anna E. (Duggan) Esposito passed away on January 6, 2011. She was 73 years old.
Born in Cambridge, Anna was a life long resident of Malden before moving to Revere to live with her son. She worked for 30 years with Malden Hospital as a visiting nurse and also for the city of Everett working the polls during voting time. Anna lived for her children and grandchildren. She was a special person to everyone she met.
Anna was the devoted wife of the late Robert A. Esposito. She was the loving mother of Robert A. Esposito Jr. of Revere, Annmarie Marrotta and her husband David of Florida, Ronald Esposito of Revere, John Esposito and his wife Debbie of Malden, Walter Leneski and his wife Linda of Revere, Robin Leneski Sica of Saugus and the late Gary P. Esposito. Anna was the mother-in-law of Doreen Manzi and the cherished grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Tuesday, January 11th at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in the Immaculate Conception Church, 133 Beach Street, Revere at 10:30 a.m. Visiting hours are Monday, January 10th from 4-8 PM. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
