Obituary

Alice D. (Cannon) Kelley 85, of West Bridgewater formerly of Randolph ,died peacefully at her home on Wednesday January 5, 2011. She was the devoted wife for 56 years of the late John J. Kelley. Alice was born in South Boston the last survivor of the seven children of the late William and Alice (Hankard) Cannon and was a graduate of South Boston High School. She had lived in Randolph for many years before moving to Matfield Woods in West Bridgewater 25 years ago.
When her children were older, Alice worked for several years at Perrins & Miller Golf in Randolph. She was devoted to her home and family and will be remembered as a quiet woman who enjoyed spending her time with her children and grandchildren.
Alice was the mother of Alice Evans of Randolph; John J. Kelley, Jr. and his wife Nancy of Raynham; Thomas Kelley and his wife Kathy of Moultonboro, New Hampshire; Patricia Stewart and her husband John of Dresden, Maine and Theresa Moore and her husband Glen of Effort, Pennsylvania. She also leaves 13 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont St. (Rte 123) Brockton Monday at 9 am. Funeral Mass in St. Ann Church West Bridgewater at 10 am. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater.
