Obituary

WORCESTER-Robert S. Jeniski, Jr., 44, passed away Tuesday, January 4, at home after a five year courageous battle with brain cancer with his family by his side.

He leaves his wife, Erin K. (Foley) Jeniski; his children, Amanda and Matthew Jeniski of Oxford; his stepchildren Morgan and Brittany Murphy of Worcester; his mother, Josephine (Sokowaski) Jeniski of Oxford; his brother, John Jeniski and his wife, Tamar of Oxford and his nieces, Maya, Chloe and Rachel Jeniski.

Robert was born in Worcester and graduated from Oxford High School. He worked as general manager at Nashua, NH Transit Authority. He formerly worked for Worcester Regional Transit Authority, FedEx and UPS. Robert was a member of the 200 Sportsman Club in Webster. He loved camping, York Beach, the White Mountains, hunting and motorcycle riding. He was an avid Nascar and New England sports fan.

The family would like to thank the Neuro Oncology Team at The Dana Farber Cancer Institute with special regards to Dr. Patrick Wen, M.D. and Abigal Chiampa, N.P.

Robert’s funeral will be on Friday, January 7 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of the Angels Church, 1222 Main St. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. There are no visiting hours. Please omit flowers.
