John Perry Troutman, 71, Clarksville, died Saturday, January 1, 2011, at his residence. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born July 2, 1939 in New York, son of the late Jesse Troutman and Lina Owens Troutman. He was a veteran of the US Air Force and was also retired from the gaming industry in Nevada. Survivors include his wife, Bettie Barrett, Clarksville; a son, John Michael Troutman, Hawaii; a sister Patricia Munger (Robert), Bradenton, FL; niece, Carrie Matthis (Charles), Bradenton, FL; and nephew, Michael Munger (Monique), California.
