Helen (Garabedian) Jamgochian, 86, of Methuen, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 30, 2010 at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill.
Helen was born in Methuen and graduated from Lawrence High School. She has been a resident of Methuen for most of her life. Helen dedicated her life to her family and raising her children. In her free time she enjoyed reading. She was a member of the Grace Episcopal Church in Lawrence.
She is predeceased by her husband, Oscar Jamgochian, a son, Robert P. Jamgochian, two brothers and two sisters. She leaves her son, Ronald J. Jamgochian of Methuen, a daughter in law, Candis Jamgochian of Methuen, 2 grandchildren, Bobby Jamgochian of Methuen and Aaron Jamgochian and his wife Ashleigh of Methuen, two great grandchildren, Sophia and Arianna and several nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to call on Tuesday, January 4th, 2011 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Charles F. Dewhirst Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Methuen. A funeral service will be held at 10am on Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Bellevue Cemetery, Lawrence.
