Rose (Cerundolo) Indorato, 73, of Brockton died December 30, 2010 at Tufts New England Medical Center after a period of failing health. She was the beloved wife of Joseph D. Indorato, retired Transit Police Detective, and loving mother of Salvatore Indorato and the late Robin Indorato.
Born, raised and educated in East Boston, she was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Maria (DelGrosso) Cerundolo. Rose had also been a resident of Revere for ten years prior to moving to Brockton in 1968. Rose was a homemaker who enjoyed social functions and dancing at the Club National and VFW.
She is also survived by two brothers Michael and his wife Mary of Needham and Anthony and his wife Joyce of Canton; two sisters Anna and Mary of East Boston, her nieces and nephews Debra of Newton, Lisa and her husband Frank of Boston, Rhonda and her husband Andy of Wellesley, Diane of New Hampshire, MaryAnn and her husband Rich of Arizona, Sandra of Canton, Dona of Melrose, Michael of Needham, Michael and his wife Julie of Dedham, Marc of Stoughton, Thomas and his wife Lorry of Danvers, John and his wife Helen of Malden, and Mario and Mark of Melrose; a sister in law Lena and her husband Robert of S. Yarmouth and an aunt Celia of Boston.
Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Wednesday at 8am. Funeral Mass in Christ the King Parish, 42 Wendell Avenue, Brockton at 9am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery.
