Fiskdale
Cheryl A. (Hackett) Provost, 49, passed away Saturday, December 25, 2010 in U.Mass Memorial Hospital, after a long battle with Crohns.
Formerly of Springfield, she lived in Sturbridge/Fiskdale for the past 12 years.
Cheryl was employed by Karl Storz Endovision, Inc. in Charlton.
She was the daughter of and predeceased by her parents Charles and Claire (Guilbert) Hackett and her husband, Preston Provost.
She is survived by one brother, Brian C. Hackett of Springfield.
She leaves her best friend and companion of 14 years, Gary L. Clark of Fiskdale. Also her good friend, Carole Himmer of Brookfield, whom she considered her as a second "MOM", also aunts, uncles, many cousins and friends, and sisters and brothers of her 2nd family.
There are no calling hours.
A Memorial Gathering for Cheryl will be Saturday, April 30, 2011 at 3 PM in the Robert J. Miller-Charlton Funeral Home, 175 Old Worcester Rd., Charlton
