William C. Fischer, 58, passed away December 23, 2010 in Pennsylvania.
He was born in New Haven, CT on January 17, 1952 to William and Janet Fischer. He graduated from Ohio Weslyan and went on to receive his Masters degree in Public Health from Yale University.
He is survived by his brother, Scott Fischer, sister Cindy Babb, four nieces, one nephew, his fiancee Cathy Gonska, two step sisters, Cindy and Pam Low and one step brother, Mark Young.
Bill was a kind, gentle spirit, loved by many and he will be greatly missed.
His family will gather for a small service at Elm Grove Cemetery in Mystic, Ct.
