Ruth M. Terrill, 88, of 39 First St. passed away Thursday, December 23 in Holy Trinity Nursing Center.
She leaves many cousins. She was born in Worcester daughter of Charles F. and Margaret A. (McGourty) Terrill.
Ruth was employed by the City of Worcester as a Principal Clerk in the Treasurer’s office for 21 years, before retiring. She was a member of the American Assoc. of Retired Persons and its local chapter #2599, the Retired State, County and Municipal Employees Assoc. of Massachusetts, the 39ers Club at Coes Pond Village and the former St. Charles Borromeo Church.
The funeral will be held Tuesday, December 28 at 10 AM in Blessed Sacrament Church, 555 Pleasant St. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery. There are no visiting hours.
