Follette of Plymouth, Ellis Reid,”Boya” 67, at Mass General Hospital December 17, beloved husband of Sandra (Johnson) Follette of Plymouth. Father of Dwayne and wife Dori of Plymouth, Dana of Middleboro, and Deborah Travers and husband Leonard of Plymouth. Brother of Reid Earl Follette of Weymouth, Jane Ripley of Braintree and the late Frederick Follette. He also leaves 7 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Ellis was born in Weymouth and grew up in Braintree and went to Braintree Schools. He was a salesman for many years. Moving to Plymouth 38 years ago he became very active in Plymouth Youth Sports. He was a coach and past President of Plymouth Babe Ruth, and Pop Warner Football. He was inducted to the Plymouth Athletic Hall of Fame in 1999. Visiting Hours will be held at Richard Davis Funeral Home 373 Court St (Rte 3A) N. Plymouth Tuesday December 21, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. A memorial service and time of remembrance will be held on Wednesday December 22 at 10:00 AM at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Association, 20 Walnut St. Suite 318, Wellesley, Ma 02481. Burial will be private.
