Elizabeth C. O’Brien (Young) age 89 of Readville, passed away December 18th at the Deutshes Altenheim German Center in W. Roxbury. Born in Weymouth, she was raised in Weymouth and N. Quincy. She graduated from N. Quincy High School and was an Army Air Corp Veteran of WW II. She previously worked as a Nurse at the Quincy City Hospital and in Long Island New York. She has lived in Readville since 1955. Beloved wife of the late James F. Mother of Margaret E. Kirohn & her husband Richard of Dedham & Robert J. O’Brien & his wife Susan of Canton. Grandmother of Kimberly, Alison, Laurie & Michael. Great grandmother of Madison, Ryley & Kayleigh. Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Tuesday 4-8 pm. Relatives and friends invited to attend a funeral service at the funeral home Wednesday morning at 10. Interment Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
