WEBSTER – Stasia D. (Skrent) Kuszewski, 92, died Tuesday, December 23, in Oakwood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. Her husband of 48 years, Stephen Kuszewski, died in 1985.
She leaves a daughter and her husband, Barbara J. and Robert E. Kroll of Southbridge; 2 grandsons, Steven E. Kroll of Dudley and Dana R. Kroll of Sturbridge; a great granddaughter,Dalyn M. Kroll of Sturbridge; and 4 nieces.
She was born in Webster, daughter of Joseph and Michalena (Kurowski) Skrent, and lived here all her life.
Mrs. Kuszewski was a weaver at Heywood Schuster Mills in Douglas for many years, retiring in 1976. She was a member of Saint Joseph Basilica.
The funeral Mass will be at 10:00 AM Friday, December 26, in Saint Joseph Basilica, 53 Whitcomb Street. Burial will be in Saint Joseph Garden of Peace Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
