METHUEN – Rose M. (Plantamura) Perillo 85 of Methuen died peacefully on Friday December 10, 2010 at her home with her family by her side.
Born and educated in Lawrence, she was the daughter of Michele and Maria (Bianchi) Plantamura. For many years she was a registered nurse at Holy Family Hospital, Lawrence General Hospital and the Town Manor Nursing Home before retiring. She was a longtime parishioner of St. Monica’s Church in Methuen. She enjoyed playing cards and most of all spending time with her family.
She was the widow of Anthony J. Patti and John A. Perillo.
She is survived by her children, Tina M. Alliette and Charles Donahue of Methuen, Anthony J. Patti and Debra DesRoche of Derry, NH, Michael F. Patti and wife Susan of Methuen, Janet Perillo of Lawrence and John Perillo of New Hampshire.
Three brothers Frank Plantamura of Methuen, Americo (Pat) Plantamura of Lawrence and Arthur (Kelly) Plantamura of New Jersey.
Sisters-in-law Doris and Carolyn.
Grandchildren Eric, Brian, Kevin, Sara, Maggie, Kris and Kate.
Great-grandchildren Samantha and Kyle and several nieces and nephews.
Rose was pre-deceased by her brother and sisters Joseph Plantamura and his wife Peg Cecelia Plantamura and Sr. Frances Michael.

Family and friends may call on Monday from 4:00p.m. – 7:00p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 9:00a.m. in St. Monica’s Church also in Methuen. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lawrence, MA.
