Dorothy Onufry Onufrick, Olyphant, died Friday in the AseraCare Hospice unit of Mid-Valley Hospital, Peckville.
Born in Taylor, daughter of the late Frank and Helen Chismar Onufrick, she was a graduate of Taylor High School and was employed in the garment industry. She was a member of SS. Cyril and Methodius Church, Olyphant. A special thank you to the VNA Hospice, Southern Care Hospice and the AseraCare Hospice at Mid-Valley Hospital.
Surviving are numerous nieces and nephews. She also was preceded in death by five sisters, Helen Polovitch, Ann Glover, Mary Onufrick, Evelyn Himka and Julia Onufrick; and five brothers, Frank, Steve, John, Pete and Michael Onufrick.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 9 a.m. from the Michael P. Glinsky Funeral Home Inc., 129 Grant St., Olyphant, with Mass at 9:30 a.m. in SS. Cyril and Methodius Church.
