WORCESTER-Kristofor Konomi, 77, of Worcester, died Monday, December 6th in St. Vincent Hospital. He leaves his loving wife of 49 years, Maria (Prifti) Konomi; his son, Piro Konomi of Worcester; his daughter, Anila Konomi and her husband Michael Papa of Worcester; his sister, Tefta (Konomi) Gjoka of Tirana, Albania; several nephews, nieces, friends and relatives. He was predeceased by two brothers, Kostandin and Dimitri Ikonomou and two sisters, Olga Mitro and Evgjeni Nake.
Mr. Konomi was born in Permet, Albania, the son of Josif and Areti Konomi. He attended culinary school and was a chief chef in Albania.
Calling hours are Saturday, December 11th from 10:00 AM until Noon in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue with a service to follow at Noon. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery.
