ZIKAS, Algirdas Julius of Canton, on Friday, December 3, 2010, in his 76th year. Loving husband of 44 years of Dalia. Beloved father of Tomas & his wife Karen, Gida & her husband Eric, Viktoras & his wife Erin, Rima, Jonas & his wife Georgia. Proud grandfather of Lina, Elyte, Katarina, Ziema, Vyja, Kriste, Gustas, Lukas & Calie. Survived by his brother Stasys. Son of the late Stanley & Elizabeth Zikas of South Boston. Algirdas was born on April 12, 1934. He was educated at Northeastern University & Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where he graduated with a master’s degree in electrical engineering, after which he worked as an electrical engineer for Foxboro Company & the United States Air Force at Hanscom Air Force Base.
