Debbie Jean (Smurf) OBryan, 53, Clarksville, died Friday, December 03, 2010, at St. Thomas Hospital. The funeral will be held at 1 PM Tuesday at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Rev. Ted Denny officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-7 PM Monday at the funeral home and from 11 AM until the hour of service Tuesday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Debbie was born on December 29, 1956 in Paintsville, Kentucky to Denny Stover, Sr. and the late Janet Music Stover. She was preceded in death by a brother; Denny Stover, Jr. She was a loving and devoted homemaker. She was a lifetime member and trustee of Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 11160. Survivors include her companion; Richard Tipton, a son; Sammy Reed III (Debbie) of Paintsville, Kentucky, a sister; Denise Leach of Wayne, Michigan, a granddaughter; Rachel Reed of Paintsville, Kentucky, two nephews; Robert Leach and Joseph Leach and her father; Denny Stover, Sr. of Ft. Meade, Florida. Pallbearers will be Robert Tipton, Thomas Cox, Steve Reda, Jim Henderson, Art Davis, Tommy Dennis and John Boolen.
