Doris E. Thompson 85 of Louisville passed away Friday December 3,2010 . She was a former employee of Brown-Foreman Distillers, and Hazelwood ICF-MR Most of her years she spent happily as a wife and mother.
She married in 1957 to Mr. Theo E."Joe" Thompson, and they spent 35 wonderful years together before he passed. She leaves behind her family
of: her daughter Susan M. Thompson, her sweet beloved granddaughter Miranda L. Thompson, a sister Edith Chamberlain of Lexington, a brother Robert Phillips and her best friend and niece Gayle Mobley. A celebration of her life will be Monday 11 A.M at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Highway, with a short service and prayers, December 6,2010 with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
